The Kenyon College Craft Center, together with the Kenyon Review, presents the third annual Empty Bowls dinner. Bid on bowls made by students and community members in a silent auction, and enjoy a delicious soup dinner! All proceeds benefit Food for the Hungry in Knox County. Last year, we raised over $3,700 in our second year of the event.
The Third Annual Soup Dinner and Auction will be Friday, November 6, 2009 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Peirce Hall’s Alumni Dining Room. Requested donation for the dinner $5 for students and children and $8 for adults.
Those who made bowls on Saturday, September 26 or Sunday, October 4 may attend a special “Preview Sale” before the dinner from 5:00-5:30 p.m.
