Our school raises funds and hunger awareness by holing events such as such as the 24 hour famine and Chili For Change. This is the first year we are hosting an Empty Bowls event. We have decided to donate all our proceeds to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank. Sally, their director will be speaking at our event as well as several students. The bowls have all been hand crafted, not wheel thrown, by 95 grade 9 students. </p>
